You’ll learn how to:

  • Develop an efficient and powerful OC1 stroke
  • Improve your catch and power phase for greater efficiency
  • Feel and maintain your canoe’s natural glide
  • Refine your timing, rhythm, and connection with your canoe
  • Build confidence with effective bracing techniques
  • Learn the fundamentals of ama flying and boat control
  • Practice progressive drills to improve both technique and stability
