OC-1 Clinic w/Grace Hardy & Candice Appleby- Oceanside (Sunday Oct 26th)

Come join Dana Outrigger teammates and 2025 Catalina Crossing Champions Grace Hardy & Candice Appleby for an informative, user-friendly, 2.5hr OC-1 Clinic. This clinic is aimed to help you gain more confidence in your paddling by teaching you various stroke drills, proper body mechanics, and how to handle your equipment with ease so you have more fun on the water. (12 Participant Max).

Topics Include:

• Equipment management; proper rigging, seat positioning, etc.
• Stroke Technique; Catch drills, distance per/stroke drills and efficiency.
• Body Mechanics; Lat, Hip & Feet Engagement.
• Fun Stuff; Bracing, and Ama Flying.

Location: Oceanside Harbor, Launch Ramp near Oceanside Outrigger Canoe Club, CA

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in. Give yourself ample time to park and prepare your equipment.
